School at Home

This page was set up to allow pupils and parents to access school work during the first national lockdown in March 2020.
During the Autumn term 2020, we were updating it on a weekly basis with each year group’s weekly timetable to enable parents to support pupils when at home and to help embed our recovery curriculum. Our pupils in Y1-6, who were at home due to bubble closures or as a result of contact outside of school, were sent work via DB Primary or offered work packs if this was a more suitable provision for them.
Now that we are once again experiencing a national lockdown, we need to be confident that all pupils are able to continue engaging with learning and have access to a remote learning offer that is broad and balanced.
Every child and parent is given access to DB Primary (for KS1 and KS2 pupils) or Tapestry (for pupils in Nursery or Reception). These online platforms enable learning to be set each day and for there to be clear, daily communication between home and school. We are working hard to support families without access to technology.
