Receptionist/Front of House

Required ASAP

Permanent

37 hours per week, 46.1 weeks per year (term time plus: 5 inset days, 3 weeks during the holidays)

 (Mon to Thurs 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm)

Salary Range:  Level 2 on SCP 3 to SCP 4

Actual Salary:  SCP 3, £16,790.00pa

Including LW £926pa pro-rata)

Lynch Hill is seeking to appoint a highly efficient and organised Receptionist to join our admin team.  The successful applicant will have strong communications skills and a good level of interpersonal skills to enable liaison with the staff, parents/carers, pupils and external professional organisations in a calm and confidential manner.

 

This role will also support the wider team with any ad-hoc administration requirements.

Lynch Hill is seeking to appoint a highly efficient and organised Finance/HR Assistant to join our admin team.  

 

The role is varied and busy, and the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential. School experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent communication skills are essential as is enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school.

 

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the need for complete confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
